How to use it

Type or paste one game per line, followed by a comma and the number of hours it takes to beat. Tabs, semicolons, pipes, and dashes also work as separators, and a trailing "h" or "hours" is fine. A spreadsheet column pasted straight in usually works too. Then enter how many hours you realistically play each week. Be honest here: a weeknight hour and a long Saturday session add up faster than you'd think, but so do the weeks you don't play at all.

Pick a play order. "As listed" keeps your order. "Shortest first" clears the most games fastest, which feels great if you want visible progress. "Longest first" gets the big commitments out of the way while you're motivated. Hit Calculate to see total hours, the number of weeks it'll take, and a date next to every game.

Where do the hour estimates come from?

Community completion-time sites such as HowLongToBeat list typical "main story," "main + extras," and "completionist" times. Use main story if you just want the credits, or completionist if you chase every achievement. Your own pace matters more than any average. If you know you're a slow explorer, pad each number by 20–30%.

FAQ

Does this connect to my Steam account? No. There's no login and no API key. Your list stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

How is the finish date calculated? Your weekly hours are spread evenly across the week. Running total hours are divided by that daily rate and rounded up to whole days from your start date. Real life is lumpier, so treat the date as a planning target, not a promise.

Why does my backlog never shrink? Because sales add games faster than you finish them. Try a rule like "finish one before buying one." The calculator makes the cost of every new purchase visible in weeks.

Can I plan around a release date? Yes. Set the start date to today and watch which games finish before the big launch you're waiting for. Then reorder until the important ones fit.
